Em dezembro minha filhota fez 2 aninhos e resolvi comemorar em petit comite. Foi delicioso e pude eu mesma (com ajuda maravilhosa da sogra e cunhada) fazer o bolo e os brigadeiros da festa da Bia! Adorei a experiência e há fortes indícios de que farei da mesma forma esse ano!
Cerca de um mês antes da festa eu escolhi uma receita de bolo de chocolate com coco do maravilhoso Chocolatria e reproduzi em casa. Saiu perfeita. Estava certa de reproduzir no dia da festa.
A massa não é enjoativa, doce no ponto certo e é super fofa e macia. Casa bem com o recheio que é bem docinho. No dia da festa, como eu queria um bolo mais altinho, fiz duas receitas em duas formas e sobrepus uma a outra. Fiz a massa e o recheio com as receitas dela, mas fiz a cobertura com uma receita adaptada e enfeitei com confetes!
A receita da Simone já vem completinha, com massa, recheio e cobertura. Aliás, nunca fiz uma receita do blog dela que tenha dado errado. Tudo dá certo, muito certo! Não vou transcrever a receita aqui porque eu fiz idêntico ao que ela "mandou". Passa lá pra ver.
